ManageWell Compatible Browsers
About our browser requirements
To comply with industry best security practices, ManageWell requires your operating system and browser support the TLS 1.2 encryption protocol. Because of this requirement some older, incompatible browsers and/or operating systems will not be able to access ManageWell.
Suggested browsers
ManageWell no longer supports any versions of Internet Explorer. Though Internet Explorer 10 and 11 may continue to work with some parts of our software, other areas will not work at all. Assistance with any issues encountered while using these older browsers will not be provided. We strongly urge users of our software to switch to one of the browsers in the list below.
The following operating systems / browsers are recommended for use with ManageWell:
- Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 and higher
- Current versions of Chrome
- Current versions of Firefox
- Safari 7+ on Mac OS 10.10 and higher
- Mobile Safari for iOS 9 and higher
Browsers and operating systems that will not work
Because the following do not support the TLS 1.2 protocols and are not likely to work with ManageWell. Running the ManageWell App on an incompatible mobile operating system will also fail to work.
- Internet explorer on Windows 8.1 or older
- Firefox 23 and below
- Chrome 29 and below
- Desktop Safari for OS X 10.10 and below
- Mobile Safari for iOS 9 and below
- Android 4.4 (Kitkat) and below
